Supporting a child with SEN often involves constant explaining, chasing decisions, and challenging the status quo, which can ultimately lead to advocacy burnout support, exhaustion, and feelings of isolation. Many parents face the challenge of feeling unsupported in their journey.
All counsellors delivering this low-cost service are supervised trainees, with lived experience of neurodivergent families. They are appropriately insured, DBS-checked, and are members of a relevant professional body, ensuring we provide quality parent mental health counselling.
Available in-person for parents and carers of children or young people with additional needs, we offer parent mental health counselling to help you through this challenging time. We have limited appointments available at a cost of £10 per hour, and our neurodivergent counselling services are designed to empower you and support your family's unique needs.
Affordable counselling for adults aged 18+, including those exploring whether they may be autistic or have ADHD. No diagnosis is needed.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing burnout, navigating relationships or supporting a neurodivergent child, we offer a welcoming space to talk openly and feel heard.
Our neurodivergent counsellors bring lived experience and an understanding of the challenges of navigating a world that doesn’t always accommodate your needs.
Low-cost sessions start from £10 with a trainee counsellor, or £40 with a qualified counsellor, subject to availability. Available in person or online.
