Children & Young People's Mental Health Support

Counselling, Psychotherapy, Video Gaming and Play Therapy

Our child and young people (ages 4-25 years) therapy sessions are designed to help children and young people overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, and more. All our qualified professionals are trained in a range of evidence-based techniques (see below) to help children and teens develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and achieve greater success in school and other areas of life.

Our sessions are flexible and client-led, designed to create a comfortable and supportive environment. We warmly welcome the presence of parents, pets, toys, or any other comforting elements that help our young clients feel at ease. Our therapists are dedicated to building meaningful connections by engaging with each individual's unique interests—whether it’s arts and crafts, trains, Roblox, Fortnite, origami, or TikTok!

Psychotherapy/Counselling £75 for one hour.

Play Therapy starting at £60 for one hour.

Available in-person and online. For children & young people aged 4-25 years.
