Our affordable counselling sessions offer a confidential space where the focus can finally be on you.
Available online or in person for parents and carers of children or young people with additional needs. Limited appointments are available at a cost of £10 per hour.
These are person-centred counselling sessions for parents and carers, provided by neurodivergent trainee counsellors with lived experience of caring for children with additional support needs. They are not behavioural support, parenting instruction or an assessment of your child.

Our counsellors bring relevant lived experience of caring for neurodivergent family members - in addition to having completed at least three years of counselling training through a recognised university programme and undertaken regular professional supervision.
All counsellors providing this low-cost service are supervised trainees. They are appropriately insured, DBS-checked and members of a relevant professional body.
