Behavioural Management

Logical, Attachement-Based, Individualised Behavioural Support

Attachment-based, non-punitive behavioral management offers a compassionate and effective approach for families and educational settings, particularly when traditional strategies fall short. Both Anna Mason and Amanda Budden bring extensive expertise to this field, empowering parents and school staff to confidently support and nurture children. This course is available both online and in-person and includes:

  • Identifying Needs
  • Building Connection
  • Emotional Understanding
  • Adapting Communication Styles
  • Creating a Sensory-Friendly Environment
  • Collaborative Problem Solving
  • Focusing on Strengths
  • Self-Care for Parents

Our approach is rooted in over 80 years of developmental research, practical experience, and comprehensive training. It aligns closely with the teachings of Dr. Ross Greene, Dr. Mona Delahooke and Dr. Aletha Solter, emphasizing the foundational principle that all behavior serves as a form of communication.
